Birthright provides free services to any woman or girl experiencing a crisis pregnancy. As a nonprofit organization, we exist because of the dedication of our donors and volunteers. We are an independent organization and not affiliated with any religious or political group or public agency.

Our helpline, 1-800-550-4900, is answered 24/7 by someone ready to listen and offer support. With hundreds of chapters across the U.S., Canada, Africa, and right here in Grand Junction, Colorado, Birthright offers confidential pregnancy tests, guidance, and friendship throughout your pregnancy and beyond.Birthright is there for you every step of the way. You are unique, and you deserve caring support.
Birthright Cares
Birthright cares for every woman and does not pass judgment on the circumstances of her pregnancy or the “quality” of life. What’s in the past is in the past. We simply ask, “How can we help you through this?” No matter how difficult a situation may seem, we are here to help you plan constructively for your future.

Get involved
Birthright relies on the dedication, time and talents of volunteers. We welcome any and all individuals who share our philosophy and commitment to offer loving, confidential, nonjudgmental support to those who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant. There are many volunteer opportunities available and we would gladly discuss our volunteer program with you. Full training and mentorship is provided for our volunteers so you can best help the women who need you.
